Free Home Delivery and Installation Offer Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions:

1. Delivery and installation will be facilitated by a third-party carrier or installer.

2. Home delivery entails professional movers placing the appliances in the designated area. Prior to scheduled delivery, old appliances must be removed. Haul-away services are available at additional charges, which vary from $20 to $40 depending on the items being removed. 

3. The distance between the delivery address and our store address must be within 10 miles on Google Maps. Additional charges will be incurred for distances exceeding this limit.

4. Our free delivery offer is applicable only for deliveries to the first floor, involving no more than three stairs from the unloading zone to the installation area. For locations with more than three stairs, an additional charge of $50 will be applied for refrigerators and $20 per item for other appliances.

5. A fee of $25 per door will be charged if the home door or refrigerator doors need to be removed for successful moving.

6. Delivery agents are not licensed carpenters, plumbers, or electricians. No modifications can be made to the home, countertops, walls, cabinetry, or backsplash, and we do not provide plumbing or electrical services.

7. Simple hookup is complimentary with the purchase of refrigerators, washers, dryers, freezers, ranges, and stoves. Dishwasher installation is priced at $150, and over-the-range microwave installation is also $125.
