Every one of our appliances is backed by a free 1 to 2 year warranty. The warranty covers all mechanical or functional issues. Our warranty is through a 3rd party who is responsible for delivery and installation, if you decide to have the appliance delivered and installed. They will also come and fix any mechanical issue for free for the first 30 day's. If they are not able to fix it for whatever reason, and its within the first 30 days of the purchase,  we will exchange it for the exact same make and model free of charge. After 30 day's, our 3rd party will come fix any mechanical issue, and a service charge of $99 dollars will be charged. A $45 service charge will be collected for any home visit that concluded with no repairs needed at all.

Please have the following information available when you need Warranty severce:

• Warranty ID number
• Valid proof of purchase
• Make, model number and ID number of your product
• Please note that based on the MSRP of the product, your service may be subject to a deductible.
• What is not covered:
• Any product which the ID number has been defaced, modified or removed, or cannot be readily determined
• Any product that has been removed outside the United States
